A board-certified general surgeon with advanced fellowship training in cosmetic surgery under the mentorship of renowned surgeon Dr. Jacob Haiavy, Dr. Fine brings a wealth of experience, skill, and artistry to the world of aesthetic medicine. His extensive background in surgical precision, patient safety, and aesthetic balance allows him to deliver beautiful, natural-looking transformations tailored to each patient’s goals.
Dr. Fine completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before pursuing his General Surgery Residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente in California. There, he was recognized as Chief Surgery Resident of the Year, a recognition of his outstanding surgical skill and leadership. Following his residency, Dr. Fine continued to advance his expertise through a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at Inland Cosmetic Surgery, where he refined his focus on procedures such as body contouring, liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift, and facial procedures including blepharoplasty, face and neck lift, lip lift, and fat transfer to the face. He earned a specialized certification in BBL safety from the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.
Throughout his career, Dr. Fine has been committed to research and innovation in surgical care. His work has been published in several peer-reviewed medical journals, covering topics such as the use of use of mesh to create an internal bra during breast augmentation. His research reflects his dedication to improving outcomes, safety standards, and evidence-based approaches in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.
