  • A booking fee is required to lock in the price, which stays valid for 12 months (this can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, or a Money Order)
  • Schedule your surgery and complete payments within this period
STEP 4

Complete Your Payments

  • Make payments at your own pace, ensuring the full amount is paid 10 days before surgery
  • Contact your patient concierge via phone or email for payments or assistance
  • If needed, ask your concierge for a contract extension to get more time
