Although we are going through unprecedented times, at Mia Aesthetics we are following government guidance to preserve the health and safety of our staff and clients. You may experience some shipping delays due to covid, but we are working hard to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.


  • What is the return policy?
    • All sales are final. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, Mia Aesthetics does NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or credit. We don’t want you to wear clothes someone else wore, even if it was just once.


  • Where do you guys ship?
    • We only ship domestically 
  • How can I track my order?
    • You will receive a shipping number once your order has shipped
  • When will my order ship? 
    • Orders will ship within 72 hours. 
  • Which shipping carriers do you use to ship?
    • USPS, FedEx, UPS?
  • What are your rates for shipping?
    • Shipping rates are depending on the ship to location and customers are responsible to pay for the shipping costs.
  • Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
    • No, please us an alternative shipping address.


  • Can I edit or cancel an order once it’s been placed?
    • Unfortunately, all sales are final and cannot be edited once placed. 
  • Do I have to order online?
    • No, you can also buy our products in person at one of our six Mia clinics
  • Can I pick up my online order in a clinic? 
    • No, all orders placed online will have to be shipped 
  • When will you be restocking? Will you be getting more stock?
    • Check back for updates daily, inventory is getting updated each day. 
  • Are my payment details/date secure? Yes
  • What do I do if my item is faulty? Contact Customer Support  
  • When will I receive my order? TBD
  • How can I look up my order? Log in to your account if you created one.
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
    • All our fashion products have sizing charts available to be able to determine your right size.
  • How can I long I prolong the quality of my products?
    • For all items, including any items containing glitter, iridescent or gold foil please follow instructions on tag in neck area to prolong the look and lifetime of items.
